Our first batch of tumblers was tested rigorously—by Mr. Xiang himself (he used one for 30 days straight, tracking heat retention and durability), by local coffee shop owners, and by everyday customers in Jinan. We tweaked the lid design three times to eliminate leaks, added a non-slip base after feedback from busy parents, and expanded our color palette to match different styles (from classic black to soft pastels).​
